Before
beginning the installation of your operator it
is imperative that you consider and perform
the following tasks...
1.
Lubricate the door hinges and latch assembly
2.
Tighten the hinge screws
3.
Check that you have a small amount of
clearance between the edge of the door and the
door frame on the latch side. If there is no
clearance then it is unlikely that the door
operator will be able to open properly because
the door will hang up on the door frame.
